William is an adept and diverse business professional specializing in event coordination and client relations with a demonstrated history of working in the Fashion Industry. Many of the events he has produced have been one of a kind philanthropic endeavors for various foundations. Will believes in creating unique, personalized experiences for clients and creating long lasting connections with them.

He has been involved with Denver Fashion Week, Denver's largest fashion showcase, in several different capacities since he began his Fashion Internship at 303 Magazine in 2013 while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts focused in Fashion Retail Management from the Art Institute of Colorado. Over the years, Will has secured sponsors and vendors for these events, recruited volunteers, obtained donations for VIP bags, assisted backstage with calling the show as part of The Beauty Underground, and was a Co-Producer of the events in Fall 2019.

As a native of Colorado he loves supporting any local causes he can, especially when a fashion show is involved. Will has produced and creative directed five of his own fashion shows over the last several years, all of which were highly successful and beneficial for the communities they were in.

Additionally, Will has been involved with Urban Nights Denver. Urban Nights is an annual fundraiser fashion show that benefits Urban Peak - the only non-profit organization in Denver that provides a full convergence of services for youth ages 15 through 24 experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. In 2017 he was proudly selected to be on the Young Professionals Committee to help raise awareness and promote the event.

Kayla is a Colorado native who has 6+ years of diverse experience including hospitality, client relations and event coordination. She strives to create genuine connections and memorable experiences for clients.


Throughout her life, Kayla has always taken an interest in art, and design while maintaining the need to interact with those around her. Throughout school, her focus was in Art and Art History and had the opportunity to sell several pieces over the years and be part of several art shows. She also competed in Interior Design - in which she won first place in Colorado and continued to Nationals. Kayla continued her education at Colorado State University and has explored several avenues of design and fashion. Along with exploring this creative side, Kayla was naturally drawn to hospitality and began working in various restaurants and volunteering for a variety of local events. 


Kayla met Will while working together at a restaurant in 2018. Since meeting, Kayla has assisted with countless photo shoots and model castings as well as assisting in the production of the Extinguished Fashion Show for The Wildland Firefighter Foundation in September 2020, as well as Flourish for WomenGive in July 2021!

Kayla has now officially stepped into the role of Executive Assistant of William Maestas Productions. She is most excited to create connections with local businesses, non profits, and help create memorable events. Her passions include creative design and hospitality management.
